On January 29, 2021, we purchased a number of shares in companies we currently own in our portfolio. The following were purchased: 3 share of ABBV for $306.54; 6 shares of INTC for $335.70; 11 shares of CSCO for $492.25; 10 shares of MET for $480.37; 11 shares of AFL for $494.21; 3 shares of MO for $123.78; 3 shares of T for $86.34; 3 shares of OHI for $109.08; 3 shares of PRU for $235.14; 30 shares of AEG for $121.05; 3 shares of TSN for $191.28 and 2 shares of WBA for $101.36. In total we purchased $3,077.10 worth of stocks this month.

In January we also had our first SELL ever in the Divs4Jesus portfolio. We sold half our GME position for $7,208.84 during the wild run up. With an original purchase price of $1379.45 half of that would be a $689.73 cost basis for a realized return of 945%. We deployed some of this cash in the purchases above, but are also sitting on the close to $6,000, which will be deployed over the coming months. We still own 50.542 shares in GME.

On November 30, 2020, we purchased a number of shares in companies we currently own in our portfolio. The following were purchased: 3 shares of ABBV for $313.25; 6 shares of INTC for $288.30; 7 shares of CSCO for $298.03; 6 shares of MET for $278.64; 6 shares of AFL for $266.43; 3 shares of MO for $119.67; and 3 shares of T for $86.33. In total we purchased $1,650.65 worth of stocks this month.

On October 30, 2020, we purchased a number of shares in companies we currently own in our portfolio. The following were purchased: 3 shares of ABBV for $253.77; 7 shares of INTC for $309.72; 8 shares of CSCO for $285.24; 6 shares of MET for $223.14; 7 shares of AFL for $236.11; 3 shares of MO for $109.29; 3 shares of T for $80.60; 1 share of PRU for $63.09; and 2 shares of PSX for $91.52. In total we purchased $1,652.21 worth of stocks this month.

On August 31, 2020, we purchased a number of shares in new companies and a few more shares in one existing one. We purchased the following: 10 shares of SEIC for $527.49; 5 shares of INTC for $252.23; 5 shares of CSCO for $210.02; 8 shares of MET for $309.67; 9 shares of AFL for $328.37; and 8 shares of AEG for $22.28. In total we purchased $1,650.06 this month.

On July 31, 2020, we purchased a number of shares in some of our existing holdings. We purchased the following: 5 shares of ABBV for $493.79; 1 share of TROW for $134.14; 5 shares of MO for $203.45; 8 shares of T for $235.05; 10 shares of SEIC for $515.41; 2 shares of PRU for $125.46; 1 share of SPG for $62.38; 2 shares of OHI for $63.80; 2 shares of CIM for $17.94; 5 shares of GNTX for $133.20; and 1 share of AEG for $2.95. In total we purchased $1,653.61 in these existing holdings.

On May 29, 2020, we purchased a number of shares in some of our existing holdings. We purchased the following: 10 shares of MO for $387.65 for an average cost per share of $38.76; 10 shares of T for $307.45 for an average cost per share of $30.74; 8 shares of PRU for $492.36 for an average cost per share of $61.65; 5 shares of OHI for $156.25 for and average cost per share of $31.25; 5 shares of SPG for $288.44 for an average cost per share of $57.69; and 2 shares of CIM for $16.61 for an average cost per share of $8.30. In total we purchased $1,648.76 in these existing holdings.
